WOODSHED SLIM is the “nom-de-blues” of Ottawa musician and artist Craig A. Taillefer. He performs an Acoustic Blues show interpreting a diverse mix of acoustic blues and roots songs predominately from the 20’s and 30’s drawn from the delta blues, roots, americana, and fingerstyle guitar traditions. Influences include Robert Johnson, Son House, Charley Patton, Brownie McGhee, Big Bill Broonzy, Merle Travis, & Doc Watson among many others.
